Our Drop-Off/Collection Point is open 24/7, so you can pick up your order any time. Even out of hours!
It can be accessed down the side of the building, through the black door. The Collection Shelf is on your right.
If you read our Google Reviews you will see that this is a very popular part of our service as it offers great flexibility.
Small Jobs
We will print Single sheet items for example Return Labels, but you still need to follow the 'Click and Collect' steps above and please note that our minimum charge is £1.50, and we will slot these jobs in as and when we can during our working day.
No More While-U-Wait Services
Although we are locally based in Reigate we can no longer offer a walk-in service for document production, or over-the-counter, in-person services such as ID scanning and Photocopying. We may still be able to help you, at our discretion, if you are prepared to drop your originals off using our drop off/collection point, and email your instructions, then we will pick them up and deal with them during the working day at a point when we can squeeze them in for you.
Why have we done this?
As a direct result of the huge increases in our direct costs from our suppliers over the past few years, it is no longer viable to staff Reception. We are sad about this, as client contact is one of the best parts of running a small business, but sadly, we have to adapt if we are to survive.
